Kettlebell Workout Instructions

To get fit, you need kettlebell workout instructions. We all want to be lean and mean fitness machines but we don’t all have the time for it that some of the pros do. The way to get there though is through slow and consistent training and we’ve found the best kettlebell workout to get you there.

If you want to get fit, you need to dedicate some time. There is no miracle fat-loss pill or dream machine, it’s all about a great workout and using your body as efficiently as possible. The best way to get into a good kettlebell workout routine is to make sure that you schedule it every single day at the exact same time. Start your workout after work each day, or do it when you wake up, or right before you go to bed. It doesn’t matter when you do it just make sure it is at the same time each day so that you don’t have to fight the temptation of doing it a little later which inevitably leads to not doing the workout at all.

The next method to proper motivation is to do your kettlebell workout every single day. It’s only 20 minutes each day. Your body is not going to break, in fact the opposite will be true, your body will become much stronger in a very short amount of time. If you don’t workout every single day, then you will fall into the same trap that so many people fall into when they don’t have a scheduled time for their workout in the day: they will put it off. They’ll say: “Oh, I do my kettlebell workout on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.” But one month down the road, Monday gets a little busy so they tell themselves they’ll workout on Tuesday, but Tuesday is not their regular workout day so it’s not too hard to skip that day too. Maybe they’ll get back on track on Wednesday, but once you start skipping days, the ice is broken and it’s easy to skip another day in the future. Don’t skip days. Every day is a workout day.

Use the proper weight. Don’t try to accomplish your lifetime fitness goals in a single month or even six months. The most important thing you can do for yourself is to make sure that you are working out every day, not trying to lift kettlebells that weigh as much as the Empire State Building. Besides, you’re doing the workouts in your own home, who are you trying to impress? You’ll impress people more if you achieve results and aren’t being wheeled into the hospital on a stretcher because you twisted your back. So stick to the basics, use proper weights and exercise daily.

Finally, eat a little better. Weight loss is really simple. Weight change = Calories In – Calories Out. If you eat more calories than you expend, you will gain weight. If you expend more calories than you eat, you will lose weight. It’s that simple. You want to lose weight? Eat less, exercise more. The next thing to remember is that you can’t burn specific fat. Your body determines where your fat is going to be stored and which fat it will use first. Guess what? The fat at your center-of-gravity is the easiest for your body to carry around, so it is also the last to go. You can do sit-ups until the end of time but it isn’t going to burn your stomach fat. (It will give you some strong abdominal muscles though).
